We need your help raising money for the 2008 Kids Xmas Appeal. Most of us would have a child or know someone that has had to take their child to the Cairns Base Hospitals Children’s Ward and sometimes even have the child transferred to the Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane. We need your support so that we can help improve their quality of care both here in the Cairns Base Hospital and the Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane.

CALL CENTRE:
Monday 24th Nov - Friday 5th December:
Hospital foundation will be running the call centre from 5.30am until 6pm Monday to Friday when people can donate money over the phone. Announcers will be crossing to the tally room for updates during the day. We will also be inviting Cairns celebrities to take calls during this campaign.

BE A HERO SCHOOL CHALLENGE:
Monday 17th Nov - Friday 5th Dec
Teachers are asked to register their class to help raise funds. The classroom that has raised the most amount of money will win a Desktop computer for their class from Michael Aw The Good Guys.

TOPLESS CAR WASH:
 Saturday 29th Nov - Pacific Toyota Mulgrave Road
The Northern Pride boys will be going topless and hosting a car wash at Pacific Toyota, Mulgrave Road. Car Wash $10 and all raised will go to the appeal. They will be there from 9am until 12pm.
